My name is Anna, and I am the founder of Bamboo Boat Fish Sauce, HamaVillage, LeaderTalks Education and Global Experts Institute. I have a master's degree in Sustainable Development from Adelaide University - South Australia, funded by Australian Leadership Awards. 

With strong leadership and ambition to make a positive change to communities, I was awarded Global Change Leaders, funded by Canadian Foreign Affairs to study Women Leadership in Francis Xavier University, Nova Scotia. 

While in Australia and Canada, I experienced the gap that Vietnamese English learners are facing which prevents them from adapting to new environments. The experience has helped me in developing the Speakout System which helps English learners confidently speak out confidently and public speaking effectively.

Thousands of our students come from around the country, from 10 to 68 years old. We help them not only be confident in communication and public speaking but also help them to gain international certificates to study, work and migrate worldwide. Hundreds of our students have become English teachers to spread out the Speakout System to help one million Vietnamese people confidently speak English.

Using my 20+ years of knowledge, experience, and my team’s dedicated efforts, we create products and services to help our clients achieve their goals efficiently and effectively. Thanks to those efforts, the Australian Embassy nominated me as an alumna who contributes positively to Vietnam’s sustainable development. 

I'm currently living in Gold Coast, Australia with my family and I am in the process to running the Global Experts Institute training in agriculture, business and English for international students.
